There are so many amazing things to do in Cabo San Lucas and I got to try quite a few of them on my latest adventure in Mexico! On my recent trip to the lovely Cabo San Lucas I got to experience the region through Expedia’s Things To Do. I went shopping, boating, horseback-riding, tequila tasting, and more. Check out the video below to get an overview of what Cabo has to offer! If you wanted to book similar experiences you can book them here. You’ll find there are tours available not just in Cabo but worldwide! The tours I experienced in this video were group tours. For many of them, I was picked up at my hotel by van.…

If you’ve got a craving for great food and a luxurious beach vacation, The Cape Hotel in Cabo is for you. Just before the holidays I took a long weekend getaway with one of my dearest friends to Cabo. The trip was a perfect moment to reconnect – she lives over 3,000 miles from me! And we don’t get to hang as much as we crave. But this trip was a perfect girls getaway where we got to indulge in nature-filled activities and lounge around a luxury hotel. In this article, I’ll talk about our hotel. The Cape – A Thompson Hotel is nearly equidistant from Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo – the two cultural hubs most…
It is morning time here in London. I’ve just woken up, got dressed, and walked to the tube with my husband. I’m wearing dark jeans and a burgundy button-down top with Nike sneakers under my big coat and scarf. He is looking “smart” (as they say here when you are well dressed) wearing his grey suit and brown leather shoes. We were rushing this morning because he had a meeting at 9am. The English are very, very punctual. I hear being right on time in corporate England is as good as late. During the weekday mornings in our neighborhood, the streets are bustling with speed-walking and biking worker-bees hustling to get to the Tube to get to the office. The…
Well, it’s official. I’ve gone and done it. I’ve moved to Europe. I’m settling in to my life here in London after arriving less than a week ago. Over the past three years, I’ve spent weeks and months at a time here in London – during a prolonged, long-distance relationship with my now husband. Each time I visited London, it all felt so exciting and new. I was on an adventure. And because of those experiences I am finding it hard to really believe that things are different this time – that I’m actually here to live, not just to visit. Our flat looks the same. The neighborhood is the same, despite the odd, new restaurant or shop that has…

Here are my top ten gifts for travelers this holiday season. This list is for men and women who are both leisure travelers and business travelers. These are products and services that I personally enjoy as a frequent traveler or that I really want myself! You won’t find any globe lamps or necklaces shaped like the continents. These ideas are specifically to address real needs and wants of travelers. 1. Stylish compression legwear I know, it’s not the sexiest part about travel but it’s a real consideration. Since my early twenties, I have had a problem with swelling in my legs when I fly on long-haul flights. This is common for many people of all ages on flights as…
